The straightening effect mainly depends on the straightener pressure and the roll inclination size. The size of the pressure depends on the yield strength and bending of the alloy material. If it is a high-strength titanium alloy, when the bending degree is greater, the straightening pressure should be larger, and the other is smaller. The size of the roll inclination depends on the diameter of the work piece, and the work piece with a large diameter should be larger than the small straightening angle. Straightening should also return unqualified work items to re-straightening. The titanium tube, which cannot be straightened, should send the stress straightener straightened.
