Ti-0.2Pd Grade 7 Titanium Bar is a kind of α-type titanium alloy made by adding 0.12 ~ 0.25% precious metal palladium to industrial pure titanium.

Ti-0.2Pd has a variety of properties similar to pure titanium, also has better corrosion resistance. So it is widely used in the chemical industry, especially in the petrochemical industry.

Ti-0.2Pd Grade 7 Titanium Bar is mainly used in dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid, dilute phosphoric acid environment, widely used in titanium equipment gap corrosion protection. The tubular heat exchanger made of Ti-0.2Pd alloy can be used for dilute hydrochloric acid, dilute sulfuric acid and dilute phosphoric acid. This alloy is used as a spinneret in the textile industry. A large number of titanium equipment flange rings and diamond gaskets are manufactured in acetaldehyde units. Other equipment also uses TI-0.2PD to manufacture flanges and joints. The alloy can also be used as a structural material of C2H2Cl2.
